Deltatech Gaming Ltd - Adda52.com, India's leading online poker platform, is on the hunt for a Marketing Specialist to spearhead our offline marketing, events, activations, and BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns .
Responsibilities:
● Be the brand custodian across offline channel.
● Ensure brand guideline framework in all creatives across all offline platforms, forms, audiences etc.
● Responsible for conceptualisation of offline channel creation via event & activations / sponsorships /
associations/partnerships ensuring business result and ROI of each activity.
● Take ownership of college, corporate and Deltin Royale Offline Channel already running programs.
● Identify, onboard and manage ROI driven agencies and supervise execution to create at scale activities
● Create offline Brand IPs to ensure brans resonance and a higher market presence and TOMA
● Work closely with social media team and ensuing mirroring all offline activity on out social media and other
digital platforms (own and paid).
● Create and manage high performing on role / off role / vendor based teams
● Drive a campaign of war on waste and create efficiencies at scale by constantly exploring, identifying and
deploying low cost high return elements, approaches and programs.
● Prepare & monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress report of the campaigns on decided KPI/metrics at
partner level.
● Handle competition mapping, consumer insights for the channel
● Collaborate with cross functional departments across Design, CRM, Product, SEO, Finance, Compliance
● Hands on understanding of data mining and analytics
● Strong network for affiliate and brand partners for app and web inventories.
Requirements:
● High degree of ownership and drive to deliver measurable results
● High on collaboration and cross functional working
● Proactively identify, highlight & mitigate the operational issues on time
● Hands on understanding on MS excel, printing, execution, deployment and events management
● Prior experience in real-money gaming, fantasy sports will be an add-on
