RoleandResponsibilities:
Weare seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Recovery Officerto join our team. As a Recovery Officer you will be responsible fortracking outstanding debts planning recovery strategies andcontacting debtors. Your role will also involve updating accountstatuses handling customer inquiries negotiating payment plans andidentifying system gaps. You must comply with legal requirementswhen legal action is unavoidable and provide excellent customerservice at alltimes.
CandidateQualifications:
Tobe considered for this position you should have a high schooldiploma although a bachelors degree in a related field ispreferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a recovery officeris required. You must have a solid understanding of relevant legalrequirements and possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Proficiency in MS Office and databases is essential along with theability to work in a targetdriven environment and meet tightdeadlines. Great interpersonal and communication skills as well asgood timemanagement abilities are also necessary to succeed in thisrole.
RequiredSkills:
