My client is a leading global digital services and software engineering company with an aim to create a positive impact on the world through technology. They are looking for a talented, passionate Project Manager who is interested in working for a growing, dynamic technology business, where building great software is fundamental to the company’s success


Responsibilities:


  • Project Plann ing: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Resource Forecast ing: Assist in resource allocation working in parallel with tech team leads, considering team member availability and skills.
  • Feature Prioritizat ion: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize project features.
  • Sprint Plann ing: Conduct or assisted in sprint planning meetings to define sprint goals and select user stories or tasks.
  • Tech Team Management for different Delivery mod els: Lead and manage the tech team, ensuring they are aligned with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Managem ent: Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders. Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner


Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:


Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a comparable discipline with additional preference given to MBA & other professional certifications PMI (PMP or CSM etc.,

  • 5-8 years of overall experience with 2-3 years of relevant experience with project management . Candidates should posses strong technical knowledge or technical know-how of SDLC of projects. Proven experience in project planning, execution, and successful project deliveries.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
