What You’ll Do: Create engaging content across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social posts, and web pages. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into powerful narratives. Stay ahead of industry trends and research to keep content fresh and relevant. Apply SEO best practices to boost visibility and drive organic traffic. Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent across all touchpoints. Own the content process end-to-end — from ideation and writing to final approvals. Manage the editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met. Partner with design to bring content to life visually (infographics, e Books, etc.). Review and refine content from others, offering constructive feedback. Use analytics to measure impact and fine-tune content strategy. Guide and mentor junior writers, elevating team output and quality. What You Bring: 6–12 years of content experience in the IT industry. A Bachelor’s in English, Journalism, Marketing, or similar (Master’s a plus). Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with experience in writing for varied formats and audiences. Strong SEO know-how and content performance analysis skills. Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., Word Press) and analytics platforms.
