About the Role We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Flutter Developer to help us build innovative, high-performing applications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google's Flutter framework. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to create new features, optimize performance, and ensure our apps provide a seamless user experience. Key Outcomes in the First 6-12 Months: Successfully develop and deploy a high-quality Flutter application with a robust and scalable architecture. Enhance existing app features by implementing advanced debugging, testing, and optimization techniques. Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs. Develop and execute test automation suites from scratch, improving code reliability and stability. Work in an agile environment, meeting well-defined project timelines and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Provide technical support to partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth app performance. You'll be responsible for: Developing and maintaining applications for both iOS and Android using Flutter. Writing clean, scalable, and testable code while following best practices. Building applications from scratch, including designing architecture, database schema, and setting up CI/CD pipelines. Translating UI/UX wireframes into functional and high-performance applications. Working with remote data sources, RESTful APIs, and JSON to ensure seamless data integration. Implementing cloud messaging APIs and push notifications for enhanced app functionality. Debugging and optimizing app performance to ensure smooth operation across different devices and platforms. Keeping up to date with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends to implement best practices and drive innovation. What You'll Need to Succeed: 3+ years of professional Flutter development experience. Proven experience developing and deploying moderately complex Flutter applications. Strong background in mobile development, including experience with Android SDK, SQL, GIT, XML, and Android Studio. Experience with location services, maps, and other common Android/iOS libraries. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Experience in cross-platform app development. Familiarity with continuous integration and cloud messaging APIs. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively. A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
