We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling complex DAX functions, designing robust data models, and creating insightful visualizations that empower business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports with a focus on performance and user experience.
Create and optimize complex DAX functions to support business requirements.
Build and maintain scalable and efficient data models to streamline reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data visualization needs and translate them into impactful dashboards.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all reports and visualizations.
Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in Power BI development.
Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating complex calculations and measures.
Strong knowledge of data modeling and relational database concepts.
Proficiency in connecting Power BI to multiple data sources (SQL, Azure, etc.).
Experience in designing user-friendly and impactful visualizations for diverse business scenarios.
Familiarity with Power BI administration and security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
