About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Data Analyst to join our team and support the implementation of Blue Yonder solutions, specifically focusing on Portfolio Master Management (PMM) and Demand & Fulfillment (D&F). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of data management principles to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of Blue Yonder systems.


Key Responsibilities-

Blue Yonder Ongoing support : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Support Blue Yonder solutions for Portfolio Master Management and Demand & Fulfillment modules.

Data Analysis : Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights relevant to PMM and D&F processes. Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate findings effectively. Must be proficient in SQL queries.

Data Integration : Manage data integration processes between Blue Yonder systems and other enterprise systems (AS400, Integration platform) to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.

System Configuration : Configure Blue Yonder systems to meet business requirements, including customizing data models, workflows, and user interfaces as needed.

Data Quality Assurance : Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity within Blue Yonder systems. Implement corrective actions to address data quality issues.

Documentation : Develop comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, to support Business and IT teams in utilizing Blue Yonder systems effectively.

Technical Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders regarding Blue Yonder system functionality, data issues, and integration challenges.

Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, system enhancements, and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Blue Yonder implementation and support activities.


Requirements-

  • Minimum 4 yearsof Experience with BY modules in an AS400 environment and experience of querying data from as400 is essential.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying data from AS400.
  • Strong expertise on BY Portfolio Merchandise Management (PMM) and Demand and Fulfillment (DNF) modules.
  • Should be able to code (SQL, Python) and handling large data sets
  • Should be able to look at the code and identify problems.
  • Prior experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Ability to gather, process, and analyse large amounts of data to identify trends and insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve data-related issues.
  • Proficiency in creating visual representations of data to communicate findings effectively.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and machine learning to enhance data analysis skills.
  • Good communication & articulation skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.
