Role Summary

We are looking for a high-impact
Senior Manager – Early Life Intervention (ELI)
to lead a mission-critical function within our HR team, focused on enhancing the experience, engagement, and retention of new employees during their first 90 days. This role is pivotal to shaping the employee journey, driving cultural alignment, and enabling performance from Day 1 in a fast-paced BPO environment.

As the ELI Lead, you will design and execute strategic interventions, own early lifecycle management, and partner cross-functionally to drive engagement, compliance, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the 0–90 Day Employee Lifecycle
    : Drive seamless induction, onboarding, and early employee experience across functions and geographies.
  • Engagement & Retention
    : Design and execute targeted interventions to maintain early attrition at or below 10%.
  • Policy & Compliance
    : Ensure 100% compliance with organizational policies, processes, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Learning & Development
    : Partner with L&D to facilitate onboarding training plans and early performance support.
  • Attrition Analysis & Exit Management
    : Conduct structured exit interviews, analyze trends, and implement data-backed corrective actions.
  • Brand Advocacy
    : Support initiatives to enhance internal employer branding and drive positive brand perception during early tenure.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    : Work closely with Operations, Recruitment, L&D, and other HR CoEs to ensure a cohesive experience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    : Use Microsoft Office tools to analyze trends, generate reports, and drive data-based action planning.
  • Stakeholder Management
    : Serve as the central point of contact for business leaders, ensuring noiseless delivery of people initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

  • Education
    : MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field from a premier B-School.
  • Experience
    : 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a consulting or Big 4 environment.
  • Leadership
    : Proven track record of leading teams or managing large-scale projects with measurable business impact.
  • Agility
    : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
  • Flexibility
    : Willingness to work in multiple shifts depending on business requirements.
