Summary:

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage advanced BI tools and techniques to analyze, visualize, and interpret data, providing critical insights that support various departments within the organization. Success in this position is measured by your ability to deliver accurate, timely, and impactful data reports and visualizations that guide decision-making processes, ultimately contributing to the organization’s growth and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Creating robust and insightful data models, reports, and dashboards that meet the business needs.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks.
  • Delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.
  • Staying updated with the latest BI tools and trends to continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies.


Qualification & Eligibility

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization tools, preferably Microsoft Power BI.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python for data manipulation and visualization.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and constructing complex queries.
  • Understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL, and ELT processes.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Certifications:

  • BI Tools certification is desirable but not mandatory.
