Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services Provide accurate information and respond to customer inquiries Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls Record and update customer information in the database Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly targets Assist in preparing reports on call activities and outcomes Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus Excellent verbal communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus, but not mandatory Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
