Based in Mumbai, the studio partners with clients seeking more than just design—they seek innovative and purposeful solutions.What you'll be doing Create motion graphics, animated assets, reels, and short-form visuals Motion design system, brand identities, campaign elements, social content, and presentations Work with designers, strategists, and marketing teams on integrated projects Translate static designs into dynamic, engaging motion pieces Maintain consistent brand language across animations Execute edits, transitions, typography animation, and micro-animations Bring concepts to life with strong timing, pacing, and storytelling sense Collaborate on video projects (if needed): cuts, sequences, transitions Manage multiple motion projects with clean organisation Explore trends, experiment with new techniques, and push creative boundariesWhat you'll need Strong motion design skills across After Effects / Premier Pro / similar tools Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, movement) Ability to build static visuals and then it into compelling motion narratives Fast learner, proactive, and comfortable with creative challenges Ability to work across multiple briefs and timelines Curiosity about branding, marketing, product storytelling, and UX Strong communication skills and openness to feedback Comfortable using AI-assisted motion or AI design tools (a bonus) Knowledge of 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus. Working knowledge of Cavalry and Rive is a huge plus Familiarity with video compression and optimization for web and mobile platforms. Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring high-quality video outputs, Good design sense, typography, layout, composition Experience in branding, digital design, or related industries is a plusBonus if you have 3D motion skills (Blender / Cinema4D) Experience creating product videos or app UI animations Editing + sound design understanding Experience in advertising, branding, or digital agencies Ability to storyboard or sketch rough visual conceptsPortfolio Requirements This is a craft-heavy role.
