Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 75 000 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.Reporting to the IS&T D&IS Software Engineering Solutions, you will be in charge of the technical expertise for software configuration management solutions from IBM-Rational: ClearCase, ClearQuest and Synergy and you will act as a control tower to ensure overall consistency on its applicative landscape.Main responsibilitiesContribute to all phases of the application lifecycle from definition, architecture, design trough implementation, debugging, testing and early supportProvide technical and domain expertise on complex topicsParticipate in requirements gathering and specifications creationLead technical design and architectureMaintain technical solution referential & design documentationSupport operations teams with regards to critical and complex incidentsControl quality of partners deliverablesDevelop, change and improve processesManage application security vulnerabilitiesBuild best practices on development activities and continuous improvementContribute to tower roadmap and lead technical POC

Educational RequirementsGraduated from an engineering degree, preferably in information technology

ExperienceMore than 8 years of experience in administration of ClearCase, ClearQuest and Synergy solutionsCompetencies & Skills Describe the needed skills (technical & behavioral)Solid knowledge on business processes (development, configuration, build and release management)Worked for global companies either as a service provider or as a customer, ideally both rolesGeneral knowledge on IT infrastructure systems: Azure, virtualization, server, database, network and storageDeep technical knowledge on ClearCase, ClearQuest, Synergy administration, technical architecture and development / customizationStrong developments skills on several languages, particularly Perl, Java and PythonSkills in system administration: Linux and WindowsExperienced in home-made application development in various development language and technologiesGood communication, efficiency and ability to execute. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativityVery strong leadership and are business value orientedFluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom-
