Requirements We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in mobile application testing and quality management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing a team of QA engineers, and ensuring delivery of high-quality software products through structured testing processes and metrics-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 10+ QA engineers across functional and mobile testing domains. Define and implement comprehensive test strategies , plans, and methodologies. Oversee test design, execution, and defect management throughout the SDLC. Ensure alignment of QA processes with business goals and project timelines. Establish and track quality metrics (defect density, test coverage, release readiness, etc.). Conduct risk-based testing to prioritize efforts based on business impact and criticality. Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end quality assurance. Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, automation coverage, and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in mobile testing (Android and iOS platforms). Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies. Experience defining and tracking QA metrics and KPIs. Proficiency in test planning, test case management, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Excellent team management, communication, and leadership abilities. Hands-on experience with risk-based testing and release management.
