Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and the leadership team on a regular basis.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and best practices within the organization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability.
  • Track and report on project metrics, such as velocity, burndown, and cumulative flow.
  • Use data to drive decision-making and improve project outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience of 3 Years in technical project management, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid technical background with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with development teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with remote teams and distributed stakeholders is desirable.
