to craft exceptional user experiences for our web and mobile platforms.
Role OverviewAs a
Product Designer , you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, creating user-centered solutions that drive business goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital platforms are visually appealing, highly functional, and aligned with user needs.
Key Responsibilities1. User-Centered DesignConduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.Translate insights into user personas, journey maps, and use cases.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user requirements.2. Product Design ExecutionDesign intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for mobile and web applications.Define and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the platform.Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.3. Collaboration and FeedbackWork closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to define design requirements.Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and analytics data.Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and insights.4. Usability Testing and IterationConduct usability testing sessions to validate design solutions.Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve and optimize existing designs.
QualificationsMust-Have Skills & ExperienceDesign Expertise:3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application designs.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and information architecture.Experience with prototyping tools and methodologies for usability testing.Collaboration & Communication:Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong presentation skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.Good-to-Have Skills:Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) for better collaboration with developers.Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.Experience in designing for startups or fast-paced environments.
