USA IT Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated US IT Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a US IT Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier IT talent for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to match the specific technical requirements of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing channels to identify potential candidates.

Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific client requirements.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future job opportunities.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process, including interview preparation and feedback.

Conduct reference checks and verify employment history of selected candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively identify and attract top IT talent.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a technical recruiter in the US IT industry.

knowledge of various IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates

organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificaion:

Any graduation

work experience: 8+ years

Job Type: Full-time
