Candidates are eager to learn, customer focused, an effective communicator, self-initiating and can perform most tasks without direct oversight.Responsibilities Configure infrastructure in the client environment to be added into monitoring including Network, Server, Storage, Backup, Data Protection, Hyperconverged, ESXi, and other infrastructure. Create client technical documentation. Communicate the status of the onboarding project tasks. Ensure that clients’ infrastructure is healthy, stable, documented, and configured with accepted technical best practices. Serve as a technical subject matter expert and as an escalation point on complex monitoring issues for the Managed Services team. Qualifications/ Technology Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in supporting Windows / Linux in an enterprise environment. Experience with Windows, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and certificates. Linux OS configuration and troubleshooting preferred. A college degree or equivalent in Information Systems or related field. Unique education, specialized experience, skills, knowledge, training, or certification may be substituted for education.  Managed Services or Consulting experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain collaborative and positive working relationships at all levels. Skilled in achieving results in a customer centric environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with performance monitoring tools – Elastic, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, etc. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of business via phone, written communication, and in person. Team collaboration, responsiveness, ability to multi-task. Strong sense of urgency, ability to set priorities and perform the job with little guidance. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
