With deep expertise in modern Java Script frameworks (such as React or Vue), strong knowledge of web performance optimization, and mastery of frontend architecture, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces. Your responsibilities include driving best practices in UI development, troubleshooting complex frontend issues, ensuring cross-browser and cross-platform reliability, and mentoring engineering teams. Proven leadership in delivering large-scale applications, familiarity with cloud-native environments, and a strong focus on usability and security are key attributes we seek. If you're a proactive, independent decision-maker with a passion for crafting seamless digital experiences, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive innovation and set new standards of excellence in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of scalable, modular, and performant frontend architecture using React + Type ScriptDrive UI/UX excellence and front-end performance optimization across productsSet and enforce standards for maintainable, well-documented, and testable codeUtilize tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and Git Hub Copilot throughout the SDLC for Requirements synthesis and spec generation, Code and test generation, Refactoring, documentation, and deployment optimization.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release processes for frontend systemsEnsure code quality through code reviews.Work closely with project managers to define deliverables and estimate timelines.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance.Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation of best practices.Monitor and optimize the performance of applications.
