Timings: APAC / 7 AM – 4 PM IST
Days: Monday – Friday

Job Scope:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify new trends, technologies, and best practices in recruitment and integrate them into the company's processes.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and productivity. Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and negotiation techniques. Set clear performance targets and monitor progress regularly.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the recruitment services provided.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding. Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of candidate profiles and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes and make recommendations for improvement.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of different sourcing channels, recruitment strategies, and team performance. Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of recruitment processes.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to anticipate changes in talent demand and supply. Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's client base.
Compliance Management: Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to recruitment and staffing. Ensure that recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and ethical standards, minimizing the risk of legal issues or reputational damage.
Budget Management: Manage the recruitment budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve recruitment targets. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of recruitment services provided to clients.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the recruitment team. Encourage innovation and creativity in recruitment strategies and processes to stay ahead of the competition and deliver exceptional value to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in recruitment and staffing, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing platforms.
