Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Data-Tech-AI Consulting

Your responsibilities in this role include being part of a team supporting our Transformation Partners to lead and execute strategic projects, with leading companies, to drive transformation through our Digital, Analytics and Consultative capabilities with our industry leading methodologies.

Responsibilities

- Industry knowledge and experience in the hi-tech software industry, preferably with one or more sub-sectors- Domain/ depth of skills in software product development lifecycle, software services and process transformation areas.- Partner with clients to provide analysis and identify/document improvement opportunities.- Working closely with the Data-Tech-AI Partner and the client sales team led by the Lead Client Partner to win work within the account (upsell /extensions find new opportunities Developing client proposals and participate in the presales process including but not limited to RFP/RFI responses, POC management, bid management, price management and overall deal solutioning.- Research industry and domain best practices and trends to improve internal offerings and solutions to our clients. Contributing to our Capital Markets domain expertise and knowledge base specifically in Auto Finance Industry.

Qualifications we seek in you

- Relevant years of consulting experience- Understanding of digital and analytical trends within industry- Key skills in the following:

1) Analytics

2) Reference architecture design and technical specifications for Digital assets

3) Technical project & delivery management of Digital IP and Implementation projects

4) Product / Technology / Tools evaluation, Proof of concepting and prototyping

5) Strong Solution Architecture experience

6) Relevant experience in IT & Operations

7) Hands on technical assessments, solution design, technology evaluation, POCs etc.

8) Breadth of vision across technologies

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Minimum qualification

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, graduate degree a plus

Required

- Understanding of the IT, BPM and IT enabled industries- Ability to interact with CXO level members in client organizations; ability to network with analysts and advisors- Experience in a Strategy Consulting/ Advisory role- Ability to work in a cross cultural environment very collaboratively
