Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Surat. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and optimizing posts for maximum engagement. Daily tasks include monitoring social media trends, analyzing metrics, and communicating with followers to build a strong online community.

  • Create, curate and share content that feels fresh, relevant, and tailored to each platform.
  • Develop content strategies that align with brand objectives and audience needs.
  • Leverage expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization to boost reach and visibility.
  • Keep an eye on performance metrics, turning numbers into insights and insights into action.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure our brand story is consistent and visually striking.
  • Be the voice of the brand online - engaging with communities, answering queries and building lasting connections.
  • Stay ahead of trends, experiment with new ideas and bring creativity to everything we do on social media.
  • Ability to work on-site in Surat
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
