Role:


TheTechnical Project Manager is responsible for playing a key role inleading and overseeing endtoend software projects utilisingmultiple (JAVA/.Net/DB) technologies. Drive successful projectexecution by coordinating teams managing timelines and ensuringalignment with business objectives at Kanerika. This positioninvolves a combination of technical expertise leadership andproject managementskills.



Technicalproject manager should work with the product development team inarchitecting designing implementing and delivering solutions toclients.Technicalmanagers are responsible forSolutionArchitecture/ Technical architecture CI/ CD and ENG/ Coding bestpractices. They shouldStayup to date on the latest technologies trends and passion tointegrate them in the product.


Technicalmanager should possess very strong written and oral communicationskills with a proven ability to think conceptually andpragmatically; capable of communicating with senior executives andbecoming a trusted advisor on Kanerika services and solutions. Youpossess a strong work ethic positive attitude and enthusiasm toembrace new challenges. You can multitask and prioritise (good timemanagement skills) willing to display and learn. You should be ableto work independently with less or no supervision. You should beprocessoriented have a methodical approach and demonstrate aqualityfirst approach.


Whatyou will do


KeyResponsibilitiesincludes:

  • Ensurethat projects are delivered in line with Agile process andmethodologiesand maintain a predictable forecast for minimum 6months.
  • Participatein overall project management time estimation and resourcescheduling.
  • Prepareweekly/monthly project statusreports.
  • Effectivelycommunicate project status updates and issues to senior managementstakeholders and crossfunctionalteams.
  • Prepareestimations on time frames quality and quantity of resourcesrequired to successfully Implement projects; develop the projectplan incorporating all projectvariables
  • Assistthe development team to build the technical solutions resolve theissues through analysis and recommending new business modelsworkflows or innovativesolutions.
  • Leadthe entire product development lifecycle from ideation to designprototyping development testing anddeployment.
  • Buildinga highquality product development team and continue to drive toscaleup.
  • Excellentcommunication and collaborationskills.
  • Abilityto think strategically and solve problemscreatively.
  • Shouldbe able to closely work with Account managers Architects QualityLeads and other stakeholders to understand the product needs anddevelop features to meet thoseneeds.
  • Teammanagement defining goals tracking and following up along withmentoring thedirects.
  • Identifypotential risks and address issues in product development andcreate strategies to mitigatethem.

Requirements

Whatyou ll bring

Bachelorsor Master s degree in computer science orequivalent.
Minimumexperience required is 1015 years in IT softwareindustry.

  • Strongunderstanding of software development; Java/.Net/DB background andhandson programming experience is amust.
  • Expertlevel code & architecture experience for more than 5years
  • 3years project management experience with endtoenddelivery
  • Excellentcommunication presentation and planningskills
  • Exceptionalorganizational leadership and stakeholder managementskills
  • VeryGood experience in Solution Architecture/ Technical architectureCI/ CD and ENG/ Coding best practices (along with tools used in theprojects)
  • Strongexperience of executing projects in AgileMethodology
  • Strongpeople Managementskills
  • Stronganalytical problemsolving and troubleshootingskills.
  • Exposureto cloudnative delivery patterns as well as hybrid approaches willbe an added advantage.
  • Experienceworking with realtime data streams processing using Apache KafkaRabbit MQ will bepreferred.
  • Strongknowledge in one of the Data bases Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQLwill bepreferred.
