As part of our expansion, we're looking for a
Backend Executive
to join our office team and support day-to-day operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Backend Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and backend support functions, including:

  • Handling data entry, updating records, and maintaining accurate databases.
  • Managing and organizing client information and backend documentation.
  • Preparing reports, MIS, and maintaining trackers in Excel/CRM systems.
  • Assisting the sales and operations teams with backend support.
  • Coordinating with internal departments for smooth workflow and client servicing.
  • Handling emails, calls, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with company processes and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Performing any other backend/office support duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications


Education:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.


Experience:

  • Fresher/0-1 years of experience in a
    backend executive / back-office / operations support
    role (Freshers with strong computer skills may also apply).


Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    .
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, data management, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
