Are you ready to join us on the journey to elevate Everywhere Work?Why We Need YouThe Senior Commissions Analyst role is responsible for setting up, validating and analysing sales compensation plans, maintaining the sales compensation system, processing adjustments per Rules of Engagement, generating reports and building relationships. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills and a solid understanding of sales processes to support the organisation’s Go To Market strategy. The role is within a goal oriented, collaborative and friendly global team working across several different time zones.About The TeamIvanti’s Finance organization plays a pivotal role in maintaining the fiduciary duty of the business while also being a valued business partner for the company. Through a data-driven approach and continuous dialogue with our partners, our team provides operational insights that are timely, accurate, and actionable and drive better business decisions to help us achieve our overall goals of SaaS transformation.What You Will Be DoingImplement and ensure the accurate application of sales compensation plans in the sales compensation system (Callidus/SAP SuccessFactors)Monitor and maintain the sales compensation system to ensure accuracy and reliabilityTroubleshoot and resolve issues relating to bookings analysis, reporting, and dashboardsIdentify and implement system enhancements to improve functionality and user experienceCollaborate with other departments to implement system updates and enhancementsCollect, analyze and interpret sales performance dataGenerate regular and ad hoc reports on sales compensation and performanceCreate dashboards to present sales compensation data clearlyDriving continued process improvement in response to evolving got-to-market (GTM) business processesClear and concise communication.
