Is that you?Our Website: Description of Senior Wordpress DeveloperPraella Private Limited is hiring a Senior Word Press Developer, you will be responsible for leading Word Press-based projects from start to finish, including custom theme/plugin development, API integrations, performance optimization, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will also mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to deliver seamless web solutions.Objectives of the Role:Create user focused experiences through mockups providedBuild personalized and customized features for customersMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancementsDevelop standard code that can serve as the foundation of future projectsPerform tasks accurately and up to our quality standardAbout the Role:Lead the end-to-end development of Word Press websites, ensuring responsiveness, performance, and scalability.Develop custom Word Press themes and plugins tailored to client requirements.Work with ACF, Woo Commerce, and other popular Word Press tools and integrations.Collaborate with designers to translate Figma/PSD/Wireframes into functional Word Press websites.Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and best practices in security.Implement REST APIs, third-party integrations, and custom functionalities.Troubleshoot and debug issues across different browsers and devices.Maintain code quality through version control (Git), testing, and documentation.Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.Stay updated with the latest Word Press trends, tools, and best practices.What you can bring to the table:You love to learn, so you don't need to know everything on day one, but some relevant background will help you get going quickly.Skills:5+ years of professional experience in Word Press development.Strong proficiency in PHP, My SQL, HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and j Query.Hands-on experience with custom theme & plugin development.Solid understanding of Word Press architecture, hooks, actions, and filters.Experience with Woo Commerce and payment gateway integrations.Knowledge of page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg) while being able to work beyond them.Familiarity with REST APIs, Graph QL, and headless Word Press is a plus.Strong grasp of website performance optimization and SEO best practices.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Experience: 3-5 years of relevant industry experienceQualification: B.
