The Lead Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing End of Line - Module & Software strategies to reduce DTC's defect during Launch, Production, Stopships & Warranty Issues. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and implementation status across Global Plants. The Lead Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and plan. Additionally, this position involves managing a team of End of Line - Module & Software and coordinating with Stakeholders which EOL/VCT -Advance Mfg, Launch, Production, Plant Quality, PD, MP&L, GMTS & GDIA. '- Bachelor's degree in Electorics & Communication. Master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience (3+ years) & Strong knowledge of EOL Plant Process & Tools.- Proficiency in Physical Breadboard, Virtual ECU, HIL & SIL knowledge is a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop & drive innovative solutions.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.- Strong attention to detail and project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously. undefined
