Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead the development and implementation of software applications for medical services and hospital operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Design, develop, and test software applications to meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers to improve their skills and performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 25 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in the medical services or hospital industry.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, including design patterns, testing methodologies, and version control systems.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of software engineers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is desirable.
