Overview The DigitalMarketing Trainer/Counselor plays a crucial role in theorganization by providing training and guidance to individualslooking to excel in the field of digital marketing.   • Developing anddelivering digital marketing training programs andworkshops.
  • Assessing the skill levels oftrainees to customize training plansaccordingly.
  • Providing mentoring and counselingto trainees regarding digital marketing career opportunities andpaths.
  • Designing and updating trainingmaterials presentations andresources.
  • Monitoring and evaluating traineesprogress and providing constructivefeedback.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trendsand best practices in digitalmarketing.
  • Collaborating with the marketingteam to ensure training content aligns with companygoals.
  • Conducting workshops on various digitalmarketing domains such as SEO SEM email marketing and social mediamarketing.
  • Assisting trainees in developingdigital marketing strategies andcampaigns.
  • Utilizing analytics tools to measuretrainees performance and optimize trainingmethods.
  • Participating in industry events andwebinars to enhance subject matterexpertise.
  • Supporting the marketing team increating and executing digital marketingcampaigns.
  • Providing oneonone career counselingand guidance to trainees.
  • Contributing to thedevelopment of new training programs andcourses.
  • Collaborating with external partnersand industry experts to enhance trainingofferings.
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Communications or relatedfield.
  • Proven work experience in digitalmarketing and training/coachingroles.
  • Professional certifications in digitalmarketing such as Google Ads Facebook Blueprint or HubSpotAcademy.
  • Excellent understanding of digitalmarketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics and SEOtools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating andexecuting successful digital marketingcampaigns.
  • Strong communication andpresentation skills.
  • Ability to create engagingand effective training materials.
  • Experience inmentoring and guiding individuals in their careerdevelopment.
  • Uptodate knowledge of the latestdigital marketing trends andstrategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the abilityto translate data into actionableinsights.
  • Passion for continuous learning andstaying updated with industryadvancements.
  • Ability to work independently andas part of a team.
  • Strong organizational andtime management skills.
