Branch Manager – Branch Banking | Leading Private Sector BankLocation: Multiple Locations (as per business requirement)Experience: 8–10+ Years in Retail BankingCTC: Up to -17 LPAAbout the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Branch Manager - Branch Banking professional with strong leadership, client acquisition, and business development skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail liabilities and team management, with a proven ability to drive profitability and deliver exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business growth through CASA acquisition and portfolio enhancement.Manage the overall profitability, compliance, and operations of the branch.Lead a team to achieve sales, service, and productivity goals.Cross-sell wealth and insurance products to existing and new customers.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure superior service delivery.Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines.Collaborate with product, marketing, and regional teams for business initiatives.Candidate ProfileExperience: Minimum 810 years in Retail Banking with at least 1.52 years in the current role.Book Size: CASA book of ₹100 Cr+ (MNC Banks: AUM + SA/CA ₹80100 Cr).Education: Postgraduate preferred (MBA, Engineering + MBA, or equivalent).Appraisal: Must have been in Top 2 performance categories for the last 3 years.Leadership: Experience managing branch teams (sales, service, and operations).Communication: Fluent in English and professionally presentable.Certifications (Preferred)JAIIB / CAIIBNISM / IRDA / AMFIWhy JoinWork with a leading private sector bank known for career growth and performance-based recognition.Opportunity to lead a high-performing branch and manage key client relationships.For More Information:Komal B. / HR TeamPhone/WhatsApp:
