Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Manager, located in Kolkata. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, and improving overall business functions. The role also includes managing employee performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, making sales and marketing plans, and identifying business opportunities.

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience in budget management and strategic planning
  • Sales and marketing experience with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of business operations and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
