OverviewOpus Academy invites applications for the role of AI Luxury Coach and Faculty to support its mission of building the world’s most forward looking industry education platform.This role sits at the intersection of luxury business, applied artificial intelligence, and executive education. The selected faculty member will help design and deliver programs that enable professionals, founders, and future leaders to use AI as a real business advantage, not as a theoretical concept.The appointment focuses on applied learning, industry relevance, and leadership impact across luxury sectors.Scope of Work Academic and Curriculum Responsibilities• Co design AI focused curriculum tailored to luxury industries including fashion, beauty, hospitality, retail, and premium services• Develop structured learning journeys aligned with Opus’ asynchronous first pedagogy• Create case studies, simulations, and real world projects grounded in current luxury business challenges• Ensure curriculum relevance through continuous alignment with industry evolutionTeaching and Faculty Engagement• Deliver live global masterclasses, workshops, and executive sessions• Lead asynchronous learning modules with high production quality• Mentor learners on applying AI to strategy, operations, sales, and customer experience• Evaluate learner outcomes and guide capstone projectsIndustry and University Collaboration• Work closely with Opus university partners on co branded programs and certifications• Act as an academic and industry interface between Opus and luxury organizations• Provide insight into evolving talent and skill requirements within luxury sectorsThought Leadership and Representation• Represent Opus in webinars, panels, and global education forums• Contribute to Opus research, whitepapers, and industry publications• Support Opus positioning as a global authority in AI enabled industry educationEligibility Criteria Essential Qualifications• Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury business, consulting, or luxury education• Demonstrated understanding of how AI impacts business decision making• Experience translating technology into commercial or operational outcomes• Prior teaching, training, leadership development, or mentoring experience• Strong communication skills suitable for executive and global audiencesDesirable Qualifications• Experience with global luxury groups or premium consumer brands• Exposure to CRM systems, personalization, digital transformation, or analytics• Previous association with universities, executive education, or professional academies• International teaching or professional experienceEngagement Terms• Visiting Faculty or Contract Appointment• Flexible full time or part time engagement• Remote delivery with selective in person commitmentsCompensation• Competitive remuneration aligned with global faculty standards• Program linked compensation and long term association opportunities• Visibility and thought leadership positioning through Opus global platformStrategic Importance of the RoleLuxury education is being rewritten.
