Definition of role:

Intercompany Services

1. Learn intercompany services business process and be able to apply that knowledge to support the team with troubleshooting and enhancements

2. Learn the 3rd party SAAS service billing tool functionality

3. Ability to work with the vendor to achieve implementation and support results

4. Ability to work with international teams

5. Ability to identify areas for automation/improvement

6. Champion standardization efforts to enhance efficiency

7. Learn the intercompany reconciliation tools and provide support

8. Communicate and support a vision for a unified global technology solution for both invoicing and reconciliation under the Global Process Model

9. Support tool selection, design, and roll out of the tool on an appropriate timeline


Intercompany Goods:

1. Lead and collaborate on a cross functional team basis to design, build, test, deploy and support an Intercompany Goods purchase, fulfillment, delivery, billing and financial process which supports efficiency targets reducing complexity as well as financial targets reducing cost and minimizing tax exposure.


Skills/Competencies/Experience Required:

1. 5-7 Years of SAP FI-CO experience with demonstrated multi-implementation experiences.

2. Hands-on SAP – both ECC and S4 Configuration experience with knowledge of General Ledger including all elements of the Finance Data Model, Account Groups, Document Splitting, Account Determination

3. Thorough knowledge of Financial Close process in ECC and S/4 and its relationship to posting periods, intercompany reconciliations, foreign currency valuation, account clearing, balance carry forward, etc

4. Experience in creating/ reviewing functional design specifications for custom enhancements within ECC and S4 and for integration with surrounding systems.

5. Experience in other Finance solutions (especially SaaS solutions) will be desirable
