About Us

Moreover, Ai Palette offers a comprehensive platform where brands can not only access trend data but also develop and test product concepts. Currently, the platform tracks an extensive database of 61 billion data points sourced from over 150 outlets across 12 categories, covering approximately 87% of the world's GDP. Its advanced Natural Language Processing algorithm supports 18 languages, including various Asian languages, distinguishing it as a unique and globally accessible solution.

Job Description


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure high-quality customer experience to new and existing customers
  • Deliver consumer insights and trends recommendations
  • Build strategic relationships and become a trusted advisor with your customers
  • Improve platform and services adoption rate
  • Maximize renewal rates and recurring revenue
  • Effective and proactive problem-solving, internally and with our clients
  • Contribute to the improvement of the customer success team and Ai Palette as a whole

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-8 years experience working in an account management role (or similar), preferably at a SaaS company, insights or market research company; we’re also open to candidates in a strategic advice role in a consulting or creative agency
  • Successful track record working with large, multinational enterprise accounts
  • Comfortable presenting consumer insights and trends
  • Super organized: well-versed in project management and a stickler for on-time delivery
  • Knowledge of CRM solutions and running tight account management processes


IDEAL EXPERIENCE (ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING)

  • FMCG Industry
  • Consumer insights and trends (especially around food & beverages or personal care)
  • Multi-market (Regional or global) or multi-category experience
  • Training others to use a new product (onboarding)
  • Building and managing a team
  • Familiarity with big data, machine learning, statistics
  • Executive presence, experience, and expertise engaging with senior business decision-makers
