Job Title: Kidney Transplant Coordinator Role Overview The Kidney Transplant Coordinator will serve as a central point of liaison between patients, medical teams, and administrative staff throughout the transplant process. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Graduation with a Certification Course in Transplant Coordination Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience, with coordination exposure to at least 50 transplant cases Key Duties & Responsibilities Execute all tasks assigned by the Medical Administrator/COO Draft letters, reports, and documentation as required Process donor and recipient approvals in compliance with regulations Coordinate patient assessments, investigations, and transplant-related logistics Ensure all medical, legal, and procedural requirements for transplant are fulfilled Explain transplant risks, benefits, and treatment plans to patients and families Communicate package details (including inclusions/exclusions) to patients Monitor and ensure timely
