Together, we are shaping industries that will power the next decade of growthand innovation.To support this bold vision, we are looking for an accomplished Associate Director – Legal to take chargeof legal strategy and execution across our Go-to-Market initiatives and AI business vertical. This role sitsat the intersection of law, technology, and business, and will be central to enabling growth whilemanaging risk in highly dynamic and regulated industries.What will you do?● Partner with GTM and sales leaders to structure, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts withdistributors, OEMs, enterprise customers, and channel partners.● Drive agile and compliant GTM execution, including product launches, consumer warranties,after-sales programs, and marketing communications.● Advise on AI governance, data usage, licensing, and responsible AI frameworks, ensuringalignment with DPDP, GDPR, global AI regulations, and emerging Indian laws.● Shape internal policies around responsible and ethical AI, balancing innovation with regulatoryguardrails.● Protect and commercialize IP, algorithms, and proprietary datasets across AI and EV businesses.● Lead implementation of data privacy and cybersecurity frameworks, covering cross-border datatransfers and compliance-by-design.● Manage regulatory risks, disputes, and external counsel strategy, ensuring proactive riskmitigation.● Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing commercially relevant legal guidance athigh speed.What are we looking for?● LL. B. (LL.
