About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) and IBM Case Manager Specialist with strong Java and integration expertise. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the field, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to drive technology discussions. This role requires occasional short-term travel within the APAC region for client meetings, discussions, and solution presentations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead and manage the implementation of IBM BAW and IBM Case Manager solutions.
  • Integration: Develop and implement Java-based integrations with IBM BAW/Case Manager and other systems.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Solution Design: Drive technology discussions and design innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites in the APAC region for short-term engagements (2-3 days at a time).


Requirements:

  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience with IBM BAW and IBM Case Manager.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Java and integration techniques.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Customer-Focused: Experience in customer-facing roles; ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Travel: Open to short-term travel within APAC countries (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong) for client meetings and solution presentations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualification s:

  • Certifications: Relevant IBM certifications.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management and leading technical teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the APAC business landscape and cultural nuances.
