Looking for Service Now ITOM Architect – Senior Technical Consultant resource/ Service Now ArchitectYear of Experience: 10+YearsLocation: Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, PuneAs a technical Architect focusing on building IT Operations Management Process to track and manage CSDM led CMDB and ITOM process life cycle. He will be focusing on ITOM solution, design, development and assist team in CSDM and CMDB configuration on ServiceNow platform. This resource will deliver finalized ServiceNow Discovery and Service mapping Solutions utilizing the ServiceNow Discovery Module.Design and implement ITOM solutions for end-to-end CSDM led Configuration management lifecycle.Ensure data integrity both from the ownership and discovery standpointsUse the common service data model concepts to maintain the data integrity between cmdb and asset as required.Analyze the different CI and data sources (with Discovery, procurement system etc) and establish process and solution for maintaining data integrity coming from multiple sourcesMonitor CMDB/ITOM Metrics to determine efficiencies: take appropriate actions to modify.Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.Work with process owners to understand the process requirements related to the capture of configuration data and develop technical specifications and solutionsService Now ITOM Solution, design and process architect experience required.Work with Application SMEs and stakeholders to perform gap analysis and provide solution.Participate in Configuration Management meetings and Story Time where appropriateReview the data being populated into the CMDB and act as product owner of the CMDBMinimum of 10+ years of experience with CMDB/Discovery/Service Mapping/ITOM solutioning.Minimum of 5+year experience with ServiceNow DiscoveryHave very strong functional knowledge and technical skills.Experience integrating with tools to federate data into the CMDBExperience in IT Asset Management Lifecycle processes (including hardware and software)Good interpersonal skills, including collaboration, communication, relationship building, and negotiationExperience in concepts: XML, JSON/script language, database, Scripting capabilities such as JavaScript, jelly, SQL.Ability to discuss credentials, install a product, discuss network connectivity/design from ITOM aspect with network engineersExperience in Service now customization and SR development.Integration experience using Graph Connector/SQL/Restful API.Candidates with discovery and other ITOM certification will be preferred.Skill set – Service Now CSDM/CMDB/Discovery, Integration, Service Mapping/Integration/IRE
