Two years ago, with a small team from Indore, we launched our game-changing self-watering planters. We believed then, as we do now, that home decor should be both beautiful and hassle-free.
Our self-watering plants with planters were an instant hit. Customers loved the idea of watering their plants just once a week. It has made plant parenting a breeze. And with their continued support, we have become known for delivering top-notch products that combine style and function seamlessly.
Our goal is to shake up the home decor industry by offering innovative solutions. We promise quick delivery of live plants, stunning design, premium quality, and easy plant care.

Responsibilities Area:-
FP&A
Developing and implementing strategic and annual operating plans.
Monthly management reporting for multiple segments.
Analyse Profit & Loss statement and preparing MIS including Profitability Reports, Segmental Reports, Sales Reports, Adhoc reports, etc.
Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to guide business decisions.
Building multi-year financial projections for new businesses.
Business Finance.
Collaborating with leadership and business teams to identify margin improvements and cost reductions opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements (e.g., tax filings, audits, financial regulations).
Closing the overall & item-wise targets with business & sourcing teams.
Controllership (GL Accounting, O2C, P2P, Taxation & Statutory Audit)
Directing the Finance & Accounts team to timely close the quarterly & annual financial statements. -
Monthly financial closure, including making necessary provisions & reconciliations, inventory valuation and NRV testing and providing insights to management.
Timely closure of statutory audit (Big 5) with clean report.
Compliances related to Direct & Indirect taxes, Ind-AS and companies act.
Building processes around AP, AR, Opex, Capex, and GST functions to ensure financial accuracy.
Maintaining integrity of financial data through regular reviews and reconciliations.
Internal Controls
Closure of Internal Audit and IFC, ITGC & ITAC Control testing without material weakness.
Implementing suggestions of Internal & Statutory Auditor on RACMs.
Product Development
Building the F&A process and MIS dashboards for the new subsidiary.
Automation of selling prices and E-way bills.
Reports modification for better visibility and accuracy.
Maintain Investor Relationships
Act as the primary point of contact for investors, ensuring open lines of communication and addressing their needs and concerns.
Deliver accurate and detailed financial reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to investors on a regular basis.
Maintain transparency by sharing clear, timely, and honest updates about the company's financial health, strategies, and any risks or opportunities.
Conduct regular briefings and updates through earnings reports, meetings, and presentations to keep stakeholders well-informed.
Collaborate with leadership in preparing financial models, presentations, and due diligence materials for potential investors during capital-raising initiatives.
Key Skills:
5+ years of experience is required.
CA Qualification is preferred.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Hands-on experience in cash flow management, working capital, and cost optimization.
Strong understanding of the D2C business model and financial challenges specific to online retail, including supply chain financing, inventory management, and digital marketing ROIs.
Experience in fundraising, investor relations, or capital markets is an added advantage.
