For more information, visit Role Description The Business Intelligence Developer position will work in a team environment, delivering databasedbusiness solutions. This will involve engaging clients, internal experts, consultants,contracted resources, and users to identify business needs. The role will require contribution inall aspects of solution delivery from discovery through implementation and support. Key responsibilities Designing and building a scalable Datawarehouse using Azure Data Factory (ADF) andAzure Synapse Pipelines and SSIS. Creating visually appealing BI dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools todeliver data-driven insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating complex concepts, and ensuringdata governance and quality standards Basic Qualifications 2+ years of strong Business Intelligence/Business Analytics experience or equivalency ispreferred. B. Tech/, M.E/ Business Intelligence/Business Analytics experience or equivalency is preferred. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies (, SQL Server). Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex businessrequirements into practical solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact withstakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment. Must have worked on ingesting data in the Enterprise Data Warehouse.External Use Good experience in the areas of Business Intelligence and Reporting, including but notlimited to On-Prem and Cloud Technologies Eastman Chemical Company is an equal opportunity employer.
