Job Description

Responsibilities

11+ years of testing experience with at least 5+ years in a lead role or min 1 yr in managing team

Managing portfolios of applications and ensure test practices are followed

Ensure resource utilization and coordinate with all stakeholders and participation of in various meetings.

Manage all communication with business partners and senior management to achieve all project objectives and manage multiple functional areas.

Reporting project progress to clients and steering committee.

Assign tasks to all testing team members and ensure that al of them have sufficient work in the project/ releases.

Ensure all testing activities are completed and signed off in readiness for deployments into a live environment.

Ensure all QA artifacts are documented and maintained for audit purpose/ any future reference.

Monitoring Project health in terms of SLAs, KPI, Risk Indicators and Process Metrics.

Strong mentoring and training abilities.

Expertise in dashboard creation and maintenance in test management tools

Strong people management skill.

Expertise in building cross platform/ cross tool and identifying the gaps in the existing process and providing suggestions.

Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skill.

Strong experience in QA process and Governance

Led / Managed team of 35 to 40 FTE

Stakeholder management experience

Should have thought leadership skills and Innovation solutions
