Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Bengaluru. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring that their expectations are met. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating client presentations, negotiating contracts, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date records of sales and customer interactions. A key part of this role is to provide exceptional customer service from the initial consultation through to project completion.

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Negotiation and Contract Management abilities
  • Market Research and Presentation creation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
