Job Description About the role Add Staff is seeking experienced Commercial Electricians for projects on the south side of Brisbane.  Our client is a well regarded employer, who have a great reputation in the industry. What you'll be doing As a Commercial Electrician on this project, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: Installing, maintaining, and repairing  electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures on a commercial scale. Interpreting and working from blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams . Performing testing and commissioning  of electrical installations to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and project specification Adhering strictly to safety regulations, codes, and project timelines . Collaborating effectively with project managers, other trades, and safety personnel. What we're looking for A current Queensland Electrical Licence . A current Construction Industry White Card . A current CPR / LVR Minimum 3-5 years proven experience as a Commercial Electrician, ideally on large-scale government or commercial construction projects . Thorough knowledge of the AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules  and all relevant Australian standards. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding site environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to Work Health and Safety (WHS) . Reliable transport  to the project location on the southside of Brisbane. Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa).
