Job description
Fully knowledge for HDD method techniques and related to construct
DPR, Construction schedule, Bar chart & other chart as required by client for projects.
Preparation of RA Bill and certifying with client.
Knowledge of AUTO-CAD for HDD profile & other drawing and knowledge of drawing
Fully familiar with computer for corresponding with client.
Site coordinator, client co-ordination
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Planning:
Identify and allocate necessary resources (manpower, materials, equipment) for each phase of the project.
Monitor resource usage to prevent overallocation and ensure timely availability of resources.
Cost Control & Budgeting:
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
Track project expenses and compare them with budgets to identify any variances.
Suggest cost-effective solutions and strategies to minimize project costs without compromising quality.
Coordination & Communication:
Act as a liaison between the head office and construction sites to ensure smooth communication.
Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project status, issues, and solutions.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, and cost reports.
Ensure proper documentation of project changes and variations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
