Job Description

As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project specifications, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications are aligned with business needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects by providing innovative solutions and insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with and manage the team to deliver project requirements.
  • Take responsibility for team-level decisions and outcomes.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate teams and across projects.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Spring Boot with hands-on development experience.

Good To Have Skills:

  • Experience with Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with database management systems and SQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Additional Information

  • Experience: Only candidates with 6 years and above of relevant Spring Boot experience should apply.
  • Education: 15 years of full-time education is required.
  • Work Mode: Onsite (Pune office).
