Technical Recruiter / Data Entry Specialist

Remote Working

Contract - 12 Months


5Values seeks a highly skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to perform a Data Entry role and join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of the Bullhorn ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and have a solid commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and efficient data management. Responsibilities:


Data Scraping Research: Analysing data online and compiling lists of prospects into Bullhorn.


Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain candidate and client information in the Bullhorn CRM system.


Data Verification: Ensure data accuracy by cross-referencing and verifying information to eliminate errors and inconsistencies.


Record Keeping: Organise and maintain electronic and physical records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.


Data Cleansing: Regularly review and clean up the database to remove duplicates, outdated information, and incomplete records.


Document Management: Assist in the creation, filing, and retrieval of documents related to candidate profiles, job listings, and client interactions.


Reporting: Generate and compile reports from the ATS system to provide insights to the recruitment team.


Communication: Collaborate effectively with recruiters and other team members to ensure seamless data management and support.


Requirements:


Expert Knowledge in Bullhorn: Proven experience working with Bullhorn ATS system is essential, you must have used it for many years.


Data Entry Proficiency: Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.


Organisational Skills: Ability to organize and maintain large sets of data efficiently.


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Team Player: A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team.


Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve data-related issues.


Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality regarding sensitive candidate and client information.


Adaptability : Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.


Availability: Must be able to start work immediately or as soon as possible.
