Experience Required:

Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, specifically handling Amazon, Myntra, and Shopify platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end product listings on Amazon, Myntra, and Shopify
  • Optimize product content, titles, bullet points, descriptions, and SEO
  • Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, especially Myntra's strict catalog rules
  • Handle inventory sync, pricing updates, and promotions across platforms
  • Upload and maintain Shopify store products, themes, and app integrations
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales
  • Analyze sales reports, generate performance dashboards, and suggest action plans
  • Manage returns, order issues, and improve customer satisfaction ratings

Skills & Tools Required

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon, Myntra, and Shopify
  • Strong in product listing, inventory management, and order processing
  • Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce listings
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for reports
  • Basic use of Canvas or similar tools for creatives
  • Understanding of platform policies and guidelines

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or any relevant field
