Role Definition :

SEO, social media, and website manager is an individual who is responsible for generating sales from the website and maintaining its health. Responsibility Deliverable 1) SEO/SEM: On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Google ads and Amazon ads and A+ content 2) YouTube video upload + DT coordination, blog topic research and YouTube topic research. 3) Upload new product, collection of product review, data updating on excel daily basis 4) WhatsApp campaign managing, workshop update and coordination with the DT 5) Google my business & Affiliate marketing 6) SOP creation 7) Website study for google analytics and Google search console. 8) Check/ track speed + Developer team

Task and activities 1) SEO/SEM: ? On-page SEO: Identification of appropriate keywords and using them product wise along with 250 words description for each product. ? Of page: Creating backlinks for the keywords that are ranking. ? Running successful google ads, amazon ads with minimum cost per click and identifying the products that have low cost per click +medium- high volume. Maintaining a conversion rate of 5% ? Identity and upload products on amazon for A+ ensuring low return rate. You have to maintain an excel sheet with data of pages, keywords used, meta tag, title tag, slug, page link, back linked from, etc. (Sample will be shared with you) 2) YouTube & Blog: ? Search for good topics with medium to low competition and high volume make a list of 8 topics per month and share them with the DT along with timelines. ? Receive the videos and YouTube shorts from the DT check them as per the guidelines shared with you. If the video is perfect, upload it on YouTube with proper SEO to gain maximum reach. ? Share the video with the developer team and ask them to upload it on the website. ? Make a note of the payments that have to be made to the artists and have that done from B.O ? Blogging: Look for topics that have high volume and less competition and make a list of 8 topics per month. Share these topics with content writers to get blogs written along with appropriate images in the ratio of 100 words: 1 image. ? Check the blog post for plagiarism and share it with the developer team and have them upload it on the website. ? Post valuable comments on DT members videos and like the video. 3) Website management: ? Product review: Product review holds 60% of the conversion factor. You will have to schedule to gather reviews from clients 3 times a month including follow-ups for reviews. Review schedule should be maintained in EXCEL ? New product: As and when new products are being brought to Ayahs Paper you have to send them for a photoshoot or look for images online and upload them with proper SEO. ? Data update: Add every day sales details on the excel sheet. Details should be in two sheets, artist and fountain pen. Details should contain Full name, Surname city and phone number. 4) Marketing: ? Create 8 marketing plans per month for artists and 8 plans for fountain pen customers. Share these images and captions along with supportive link for buy/ read etc. to the broadcast team. ? Workshop: Take artists who are very good with their work and have good teaching skills take them on board for conducting art workshops. 5) Google my business & Affiliate marketing: ? Upload 8 products with proper information on google my business per month ? Create new affiliates, sign them up on the backend and track their sales. Plan for monthly payouts to these affiliates. 6) SOP creation: ? Create SOP of all the process that is being conducted on a daily basis. Spend 30-45 mins per day. 7) Website study for google analytics and search console: ? Learn about how traffic is being brought to the website and what areas to focus on. ? Identify what pages are having higher bounce percentage and how it can be reduced. ? Learn what keywords ranking is improving and the traffic vs sales for that product. Identify the challenges and competition pricing for the same product. 8) Speed: ? Through google analytics and general search find out what slow pages and have these pages optimized by the team. Measurement metrics 20 on-page SEO 5 off-page SEO 4 E-mails per month 90% posting of social media schedule 4 blog topics per month research 8 YouTube topic research 20 product reviews per month Generate GSC report and share the scope of improvement on monthly
