8) Demonstrated success in academy-level partnerships, event-based marketing, or institutional sales. Exposure to high-performance sport or athlete management contexts.

Role & responsibilities

  1. Strategic Goal Setting & Execution

  2. Develop, implement, and monitor short- and long-term goals for collaboration and departmental growth.

  3. Ensure alignment with the departments mission to enhance athlete mental performance and well-being.

  4. Partnership Development

  5. Identify, build, and nurture partnerships with sports academies, federations, training institutes, NGOs, and relevant stakeholders.

  6. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing collaborators to ensure ongoing engagement and value exchange.

  7. Opportunity Identification

  8. Continuously explore new avenues for collaboration that promote mental wellness in sports.

  9. Leverage networks and market trends to identify innovative models for outreach and engagement.

  10. Outreach & Client Engagement

  11. Lead outreach campaigns to promote the department's services, workshops, and athlete support programs.

  12. Work closely with internal teams to tailor offerings based on partner needs and feedback.

  13. Data Management & Reporting

  14. Document daily operations including leads generated, follow-ups, collaboration outcomes, and conversions.

  15. Prepare structured monthly reports to track KPIs and communicate performance metrics to leadership.

  16. Cross-functional Coordination

  17. Collaborate with psychologists, performance coaches, marketing, and operations teams to support seamless service delivery.

  18. Coordinate events, webinars, or sessions with partner institutions.
