About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Specialist to manage, create, and maintain company documents with accuracy and efficiency. The role will ensure compliance with internal standards, client requirements, and industry regulations while supporting cross-functional teams with clear and structured documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, format, and proofread technical, business, and operational documents.
- Ensure all documents meet company standards in terms of accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Maintain a centralized documentation repository for easy access and version control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, HR, Finance, Operations, etc.) to collect information and prepare documentation.
- Track, review, and update documents to ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations.
- Assist in preparing client deliverables, project reports, user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
- Manage confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive documentation.
- Implement documentation best practices and support audits when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, Communications, or related field.
- (X–Y years) of experience in documentation management or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF tools, and documentation software.
- Knowledge of version control and document management systems.
- High attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
