Job Description :

Position Title : Developer / Sr Developer / Lead - Dot Net Core

Work Location : Pune

Reporting To : Technical Architect

The Role :

We are looking for a Dot Net Core Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing the full stack solutions.

The successful individual will be responsible for :

- Analyse, design, code, debug, and test business applications.

- Understand and work with data in varying degrees of complexity and scale.

- Responsible for planning, processing, and performing all jobs in an efficient manner under the guidance of a leader.

The successful individual will bring the following skills and abilities :

- 2 - 12 years of software engineering experience required.

- Experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on .NET Core, Microservices, and React.js.

- Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and modular applications.

- Deep understanding of Microservices architecture principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with database systems, both relational (e.g., SQL Server) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skulls.

- Good understanding of below development area -

- Decomposition into Micro Frontends

- Communication Strategies (e.g., APIs, Events)

- Independent Deployment and Scaling

- Experience with C#, JavaScript, and React is required.

- Experience with ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC/WEB API, ASP.NET Core and ADO.NET is required.

- Must have experience with RESTful APIs.

- Experience working with MS-SQL database.

- Experience working with Event Queueing (RabbitMQ or similar).

- Experience using version control daily in a developer environment.

- Exposure to AWS or any cloud technology is a plus.

- Familiarity with modern CI/CD methods.

- Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments daily.

- Must be able to work flexible hours.

- Ability to work in a complex, dynamic team environment with minimal supervision.

Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
